# Confirm / Reject Payout

When a payout requires manual approval it enters `WAITING_FOR_CONFIRMATION`; confirm it to start processing (`PENDING`) or reject it so it is never sent to a PSP (`REJECTED`). This applies to **all** flows that create payouts — Cashier, Direct Link and Payment Page — not Cashier only.
Status flow:
- **With manual approval:** `CREATED` → `WAITING_FOR_CONFIRMATION` → confirm → `PENDING`, or → reject → `REJECTED`
- **Without manual approval:** `CREATED` → `PENDING` directly
