# Installation

The Web SDK is published as [`@omno-payment/checkout-js`](https://www.npmjs.com/package/@omno-payment/checkout-js) (MIT). It ships CommonJS, ESM and UMD builds plus TypeScript types.

## Minimum version

Use **`@omno-payment/checkout-js` ≥ 1.0.29** — this is the minimum that accepts the Cashier `token` in `open()`, which is required to open a session. See [Versions & compatibility](/cashier/sdk/versions).

## Client-side only

The SDK runs in the browser only. In SSR frameworks (Next.js, Nuxt, SvelteKit) create and use `CashierSDK` inside client-side lifecycle code (for example `useEffect`, `onMounted`, `onMount`), never during server rendering.
