Reject payout transaction

Request

Rejects a payout that is in WAITING_FOR_CONFIRMATION. After rejection the transaction is not sent to a PSP and its status becomes REJECTED. Used when a payout requires manual approval, across Cashier, Direct Link and Payment Page flows.
